Steps for Admissions
ATTEND A TOUR/PIM
Attend a parent information meeting (PIM). This meeting is an opportunity for parents and our directors to discuss our program in detail and for parents to share information about their child. We strongly encourage both parents to attend if possible. Our program, teachers, waldorf philosophies and campus vision will all be discussed to help families determine if the program is right for both family and child. Please follow the appropriate link below to schedule a PIM.

Please click the TK/KINDERGARTEN link below if your child is between 4 - 6 years of age. If your child will be between 7 - 14 years of age by May 15, 2025 please click the GRADES PROGRAM link below.

APPLY
Please follow the link below to submit your application to enroll your child in our TK/K through Grade 8 program. Once your application is submitted, Wild River admissions team will follow up with further instructions to complete the application and enrollment process.
INTERVIEW
An interview may need to be scheduled with the parent and Wild River Administration prior to acceptance into our programs.
CONFIRM
Once your registration has been confirmed, and there is an available spot to offer your child, you will be asked to complete additional registration documents, pay a deposit to hold your child's spot and select payment options for remaining tuition.
A non-refundable deposit is due at time of final registration in order to hold your child's spot in our program. The eposit amount is deducted from total annual program fees. First monthly program payment must be received by July 31, 2023 for our 11-month payment plan. Without payment we are unable to hold your child’s spot in our program.
Please note: All child applications are placed on our waitlist until all application documents are completed. Once all documents are completed, if there is a spot that can be offered to your child we will confirm your child's enrollment and remove them from our waitlist. If there is not a spot to be offered to your child we will maintain them on our waitlist for future enrollment openings.
