Wild River is a thriving Waldorf-inspired educational community serving families in North Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas in both California and Nevada. Our community is driven by a highly respected faculty and staff who enjoy the support of dedicated, driven, and loving families.

Wild River operates on two different campuses, minutes from Historic Downtown Truckee, CA, and about 30 miles from Reno, NV. Truckee-Tahoe is a national hub for outdoor activities year-round, with incredible access to world-class beaches, mountain trails, and climbing. The area offers a variety of natural foods markets, events, and festivals.
